Package shipping
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through the postal service with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping by certified post, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large, with double packaging and your items will be well protected.
Cancellation or return of orders
We don't accept returns or cancellations of orders if the status of the product is right.
